Tracey Peak
Managing Director and Chairperson
Tracey is a survivor of domestic violence. She has a heart and passion to help and support people in the community who is going through domestic and family violence. To see them having a Sense of Hope for living and overcoming obstacles in their lives. A leader and visionary. Tracey is an Ordained Pastor and co-leader of the ASOH Christian Fellowship. Tracey has launched ASOH from the bible scripture: Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Rev Dr. Lee G Peak
Chief Executive Officer
Pastor Lee who has a background in Christian Ministry, Christian Counselling and Chaplaincy. He is an RTO Accredited Trainer and Assessor, with higher degrees in Bible Studies, Theology, Chaplaincy, Christian Ministry, Divinity and Project Management, and is our CEO. Pastor Lee also leads our Pastoral Care, Christian Counselling and Chaplaincy operations. Lee has year's of experience as a Senior Pastor of a Church and as a Community/Disaster Chaplain. He serves ASOH in many ways working closely with the Chairperson, National Executive Directors and leads the State Managers from an operational perspective.

Michael Lark
Executive Director - Chief Financial Officer
Michael is a valuable member of the team and is highly talented with all things finances. Michael leads of finance team as the CFO working closely with Tracey. Michael is a DV Survivor and Champion for Men's DV ministries.

Jodie Lark
Executive Director - Food Bank and Sponsorship
Jodie is our Vice-President responsible for Queensland. A survivor of DV herself, she has a passion to serve the community and brings her gifting's to assist ASOH with leadership and supervision of our Queensland operations. Jodie also serves on the Fundraising and Emergency Food Bank Sub-committee.

Snr Pastor (EMP) James Hughes
State Manager New South Wales /
Social Media and IT Director
James Hughes is the Global General Ambassador of the International Bible Christian Church Inc. (IBCCI), commissioned to foster unity across global church networks. Installed as Ecumenical Patriarch of Dove Gospel (DG), a worldwide Christian movement comprising over 2,500 churches and 2,400 pastoral leaders, Hughes is tasked with overseeing revival, discipleship, and mission across all seven continents. James leads our NSW team as the State Manager. James has extensive Christian ministry leadership skills, talent and experience. James has years of HR and Management experience and leads with a witty sense of humor. He is extremely tech savvy and lives in Darlinghurst, Sydney. We welcome James to the National Team as our State Manager of New South Wales.

Esther van der Geer
Board Member
Esther brings a vibrant and enthusiastic approach to the leadership of A Sense of Hope. Esther works closely with the Board and Tracey to manage the onsite food bank and other vital projects. Her input in the daily running of our National Charity is crucial. Esther is based in Brisbane Australia.

Hannah Collins
Board Member
Hannah has experienced many forms of trauma and abuse over the years and is now an advocate against Domestic Violence. Hannah joined the Board in April of 2025 as our CEO. She has stepped down from this role to focus on her family.

Rebecca van der Geer
Board Member
Becca is a key member of the Board of A Sense of Hope. She brings to the group insight and knowledge of lived experience within our industry. Becca contributes by providing advice of polices and procedures within the Charity. She works closely with the Board and also with Lee and Tracey. Becca forms a valuable and instrumental part of the team and operates out of our Brisbane office.
