Tracey Peak
Chairperson and Founder
Tracey is a survivor of domestic violence. She has a heart and passion to help and support people in the community who is going through domestic and family violence. To see them having a Sense of Hope for living and overcoming obstacles in their lives. A strong leader and powerful visionary. Tracey is an Ordained Pastor and co-leader of the Apostolic House Church in Caboolture. Tracey has launched ASOH from the bible scripture: Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Lee G Peak
Chief Executive Officer
Lee who has a strong background as a mature leader of many Christian Ministries, Christian Counselling and Chaplaincy. He is an RTO Accredited Trainer and Assessor, with Degrees, PhD's and Doctorates in Bible Studies, Theology, Chaplaincy, Christian Ministry, Divinity and Project Management, and is our CEO. Lee has year's of experience as a Senior Pastor of a Church and as a Community/Disaster Chaplain. Lee also leads a large International Church as a Bishop, overseeing around 500 Church branches and mentoring over 1000 Pastors around the world. He serves ASOH in many ways working closely with the Chairperson, National and International Executive Directors and leads the State Managers from an operational perspective. Lee also serves as one of the leaders of the Caboolture Apostolic House Church (AHC) with Tracey.

Susan Martin
National Manager Australia
Executive Director - Global Pastoral Care
Susan leads our International Pastoral Care Ministries/Chaplaincy Divisions and doubles as our National Manager.
Susan brings years of dedication and commitment to senior leadership and Pastoral Care. We are pleased to welcome her on-board and look forward to the expansion of the ministry.
Susan has been inducted as an Executive Director with legal responsibilities over the Charity. Susan with her husband John also lead a House Church in Ayr Queensland through Apostolic House Church.

Esther van der Geer
Board Member
Esther brings a vibrant and enthusiastic approach to the leadership of A Sense of Hope. Esther works closely with the Board and Tracey to manage the onsite food bank and other vital projects. Her input in the daily running of our National Charity is crucial. Esther is based in Brisbane Australia.

Rebecca van der Geer
Board Member
Becca is a key member of the Board of A Sense of Hope. She brings to the group insight and knowledge of lived experience within our industry. Becca contributes by providing advice of polices and procedures within the Charity. She works closely with the Board and also with Lee and Tracey. Becca forms a valuable and instrumental part of the team and operates out of our Brisbane office.

Beverly Komasi
Executive Director - Honiara, Solomon Islands
International Director
Beverly Komasi is our International Director based in the Solomon Islands. She faithfully supports her family while stewarding and leading the sucessful Hope Ministry, where she is reaching and touching the broken lives of people, bringing healing though the love of God. She is a loving servant of Jesus. Beverly works with two schools mentoring teachers. She has had stunning success building and equiping staff and students to see the potential realised and achieved in the lives that are touched by her ministry.

Paula Gebadi
Executive Director - Cairns Region
Far North Queensland
Paula is our Cairns Director with responsibilities over Pastoral Care, Chaplaincy and Community Support. She enjoys ministering to the lost and broken.
She pastors a House Church in Edmonton Cairns. She conducts Chaplaincy and evangelism at the local hospital and in the parks and the surrounding communities She enjoys sharing the Gospel, teaching, and praying for people. She also assists in mentoring Pastors in Theology School. She is the Director for the Woman of Hope Ministry in PNG. Which supports, Widows, the HIV Positive Community, Single parents and Domestic Violence Survivors. We welcome Paula to this key role.

John Martin
Executive Director - North Queensland Region
John is the husband of Susan and he has responsibility over our Burdekin regional operations. John works closely with the CEO and the Board to ensure that our mission and vision for North Queensland are on track. John has a deep knowledge and compassion for those who succumb to Domestic Violence and offers his support as key director for our Townsville Region. We welcome Pastor John to this role.

Gina Peretti
Executive Director - Canada
International Director
Gina leads our mission in Canada. She brings strong leadership and management skills to ASOH. As a Charity and Christian Ministry, Canada is our first international office and we are pleased to resourcing and supporting Gina as she ministers to the lost and broken, advocating for those in her community that have experienced homelessness or are journeying through Domestic and Family Violence. Gina has a heart that is filled with compassion. She will work closely with our CEO and our Pastoral Director Susan.
Gina is a prophetic voice in Ontario, gifted with remarkable accuracy. Gina ministers the word of God prophetically in a manner where all can clearly understand the message. Gina operates in the gifts of exhortation and edification, and her strong leadership skills make her an exceptional teacher, administrator, and shepherd. She is gifted in ministering to young and old alike having spent many years as a Registered Kindergarten Early Childhood Educator.

Elias Otieno Oguro
Executive Director - Kenya
International Director
Bishop Eias leads our mission in Kenya. He brings to ASOH strong leadership qualities and a deep compassion to care for his community and country. He has served along side of Lee for many years in Christian ministry. Elias has the hope, drive and ambition to bring ASOH to all of Africa. The executive board and CEO are very pleased to have Elias in this role. Elias runs outreach programs as well as a community church in his local town of Migori. He is a leader of Hope Outreach Churches International that oversees hundreds of other Churches around the Globe. We welcome him to this huge role.

Lavender Thomas
Operations Officer/Assistant - Kenya

Lavender acts as a valuable member of the Kenyan Team. She assists Bishop Elias as his Secretary. Her tireless efforts in our Operations and Projects for Kenya compliment the larger team on the ground in Migori. We thank her for her contributions and welcome her to the team.

Diunisi Vuniwai
Executive Director - Suva Fiji
International Director
Diunisi Vuniwai is our Suva, Fiji International Director. At present she is working for the Kingdom of God. Spreading the love of God to others. She performs home, hospital and village visitations to the sick, elderly, orphans. She loves meeting new people & interacting with them. She also supports her husband who pastors a family church in Suva

Eric & Sally Lamani
Executive Directors - Western Province Malatia
Solomon Islands
International Directors
Eric and Sally have extensive ministry leadership experience. Eric was the oversight of 39 Churches and currently travels throughout the Pacific to evangelise and equip other Christians for ministry. Sally currently works as a supervisor within children's ministries. We warmly welcome them to the team as take up the role of International Directors for Western Province Malatia, Solomon Islands.

Michael Lark
Board Member
Michael has a long association with A Sense of Hope Ltd. He has served on the board for nearly 3 years. We hope to see Michael step into Pastoral Care Ministry under Pastor Susan shortly.

Jim Smith
Volunteer
Jim is a volunteer with the Burdekin Region Team serving with the fresh food projects. You will see him in Ayr where he assists with the pick-up of food from Coles or Woolworths and then helps coordinate the community distribution.

Sue Douglas
Volunteer
Sue loves to assist the Burdekin Region - Ayr Team with fresh food distribution. She works closely with, Pastor Susan, Pastor John and Jim. She is a new member of the team and we warmly welcome her.
